1. What is the techtron® TS1 EVO Range?
It is a foldable, app-connected electric scooter family for permitted private-land mobility with the landowner’s permission. Choose a lightweight value model, a stronger-performance model or a Pro model with front-suspension comfort.
2. What do 500W and 710W mean?
They are peak motor-output figures, not continuous ratings. TS1 EVO is rated at 250W with a 500W peak. TS1+ EVO and TS1+ EVO Pro are rated at 350W with a 710W peak.
3. Which model should I choose?
Choose TS1 EVO for the lightest, value-focused route; TS1+ EVO for stronger performance and faster charging; or TS1+ EVO Pro when front-suspension comfort matters.
4. How far can it travel per charge?
All three models list an indicated maximum of up to 25 km under stated conditions. Actual range varies with rider weight, gradient, temperature, surface, wind, ride mode, battery condition and maintenance.
5. How long does charging take?
TS1 EVO reaches approximately 80% in 200 minutes with its approved 42V 1.5A TÜV-certified charger. TS1+ EVO and TS1+ EVO Pro reach approximately 80% in 160 minutes with their approved 42V 2A TÜV-certified chargers - around 40 minutes sooner under the approved test method. Charging conditions can affect these times.

7. Are the tyres puncture-proof?
No. techtron® AOXIN WANDA Honeycomb Airless Tyres remove the inflatable inner tube and reduce common pressure-related puncture concerns, but they can still wear, crack, deform or be damaged.

A privately owned e-scooter may only be ridden on private land with the landowner’s permission. It must not be used on UK roads, pavements, cycle lanes, parks or other public spaces.

Wear a correctly fitted helmet and suitable protective equipment. Follow the user manual, inspect the scooter before use and assess the permitted private-land environment before riding.
17. How should I store the battery?
Store the scooter in a dry, ventilated area away from extreme heat, freezing conditions, flames and flammable materials. Follow the manual for storage charge and long-term battery care.
18. What is included in the box?
The selected market pack includes the scooter, instruction manual, assembly tool kit, approved model-compatible charger and warranty or charger documentation. Plug heads and pack contents can vary by market.
19. What does the warranty cover?
The current TS Range warranty covers the frame and motor for 24 months, the battery for 24 months or 500 charging cycles, key electronics for 12 months, and specified accessories or limited wear components for 6 months, subject to the published terms and exclusions.
20. Where can I get parts and support?
Use the approved techtron support route for the selected purchase channel. Choose only compatible chargers, batteries, tyres, brakes and replacement parts for the exact model and revision.
