Step by Step - APP Instructions
1. Preparation
You must first download the techtron App - this is available to download from:
- Ensure the new equipment is powered ON.
- Ensure your mobile phone and the equipment are connected to the same Wi-Fi network (2.4GHz recommended).
- Open the techtron App on your phone.
2. First Time Setup (Bluetooth + Wi-Fi Binding)
- Make sure the unit is powered ON
- Your unit and your phone must be able to connect to the same home / office WiFi network.
- The Bluetooth function on your phone must also be turned ON.
- Go on the techtron App and select “Add Device"
- Choose Bluetooth + Wi-Fi pairing mode.
- The app will scan for Bluetooth devices. (This is a scan to look for both connections, not one or the other).
- When the charger appears, select it and continue.
- Enter your home/office Wi-Fi credentials (username and password).
- Wait for confirmation that the device is connected.
3. Remove Previous Bindings (if already added)
- In the app, go to Device Management.
- Select the charger device and remove/delete it.
- This ensures the equipment can be re-added without conflict.
4. Switching Phones (Bluetooth changeover)
- If connecting the charger to a different phone:
- Make sure the charger is powered ON.
- On the original phone (still under the same Wi-Fi), delete/remove the device from the app.
- On the new phone, repeat the Bluetooth + Wi-Fi pairing process.
This prevents the device from being “occupied” by the first phone’s Bluetooth pairing.
5. Reset Procedure (if connection fails)
- Power ON the device.
- Open the cover of the charging unit (Keys are provided with every unit)
- Set the 'code dial' to position 3 UP.
- Press the reset button repeatedly until the indicator light blinks.
- Power OFF the device.
- Move the 'code dial' to position 3 DOWN.
- Reconnect the power.
- Repeat the pairing process from Step 3.
6. Verification
- After connection, test the following from the app:
- ON/OFF charging control.
- Current adjustment.
- Bluetooth + Wi-Fi sync.
- Advanced features (scheduled charging, alarms, etc.) can then be tested under More Settings.

1. What should I do before connecting the charger to the app?
- Ensure the charger is powered ON.

2. Why can’t I add the device if it was already added before?
- If the charger has already been paired with a device, it must be removed from the app first.
