- 14 Day Change of Mind – If you order online and change your mind, return unused items within 14 days for a full refund.
- Up To 2 Years Warranty* – All techtron® e-Scooters are covered against manufacturing defects for up to 2 Years*.
- Hassle-Free Support – If there’s an issue, we’ll repair or replace first. If that’s not possible, you’ll get your money back.
- Fair & Clear – Wear-and-tear or accidental damage isn’t covered, but we’ll always provide inspection photos and options.
- Fast Resolution – Refunds processed within 14 days once we receive your return.
