This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled, and how they relate to our warranty coverage.
Eligibility for Returns
You may return your techtron product if:
• It was purchased directly from techtron.co or an authorised techtron retailer;
• The return request is made within 14 days of delivery; and
• The product is unused, in its original condition, and returned with all accessories, manuals, and packaging included.
Products returned that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a deduction to reflect any loss in value.
Returns for Change of Mind
If you change your mind about a purchase made through our official website:
• You may return the product within 30 days of receipt for a refund.
• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
• You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Fair Deductions for Used or Damaged Returns
If a returned item has been used, installed, or handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it, techtron reserves the right to make a reasonable deduction from your refund.
This deduction reflects the actual loss in value or cost of restoring the product to a resalable condition.
This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and is not applied as a penalty or restocking fee.
Returns for Faulty or Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period:
1. Contact customerservices@techtron.co with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
2. Our support team will assess the claim and may arrange a repair, replacement, or refund under the techtron Warranty.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
• Products damaged through misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modification;
• Items returned without essential components or original packaging;
• Consumables or accessories that have been used;
• Products purchased from unauthorised resellers or third-party marketplaces.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
• We will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or if a deduction applies.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• If a deduction is applied, a clear breakdown will be provided.
Warranty vs. Return Rights
• The techtron Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship during the warranty period.
• The Return Policy covers products returned within 30 days for change of mind or confirmed warranty claims.
After the 30-day return window, issues are handled under the warranty process (repair or replacement, not refund).
