Accepted claims are resolved by repairing or replacing the affected component or product. Your warranty is additional to your statutory consumer rights.

Battery warranty coverage depends on your product and its approved component warranty.
Some products have both a time limit and a charging-cycle limit, whichever occurs first.
Normal battery degradation and manufacturing defects are assessed differently.
Please check the battery row in your product’s warranty document and follow the approved charging and storage instructions.
Foldable e-bike cover is component-specific. The approved TEF warranty lists five years for the magnesium-alloy frame, two years for a carbon-fibre frame where applicable, and separate periods for the motor, battery, lighting and other components. Battery cover depends on following the approved charging and storage instructions. Check your model’s Foldable E-Bike Warranty and User Manual.
Warranty registration is automatic for techtron wall EV chargers. No separate customer registration is required.
The wall EV charger main unit has a three-year warranty. Sockets, plugs, charging cables and accessories have 12 months of cover.
The warranty starts on the earlier of the installation date or six months after factory shipment.
For other techtron products, please refer to the applicable product warranty document for the approved registration and coverage conditions.
Normal wear and tear is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. For electric scooters, brakes, tyres and other listed parts may have limited manufacturing-defect cover; this is different from normal wear. Tell us which part has failed and how it happened. Check the component row in the Electric Scooter Warranty for its period and conditions. We will assess the fault against the applicable policy and your statutory rights.
Damage caused by accidents, misuse or water exposure excluded by your product policy is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Follow the manual’s operating, cleaning and storage limits. An IP rating does not mean a product can be submerged or pressure washed. Report a fault if you are unsure of its cause; do not continue using an unsafe product.
Use your dirt bike only for the activities and operating conditions approved for its model. Off-road riding does not make competition, racing, stunt riding or accident damage automatically covered. The battery warranty is 12 months or 500 charge cycles, whichever comes first; normal wear of tyres, brake pads, chains and other consumables is excluded. Commercial, rental and fleet cover is subject to the applicable product-specific terms. See the Electric Dirt Bike Warranty and follow your model’s manual.

Installation and commissioning must follow the product’s approved instructions and applicable electrical regulations. For installed wall EV chargers, provide proof of purchase, the product serial number and installation details. An installation certificate may be requested where relevant. Contact support before arranging removal.
Crash or impact damage is excluded from the smart helmet warranty. Stop using a helmet involved in an impact and follow its assessment or replacement guidance. Shell, electronics and battery cover have different periods and conditions. Use your helmet only for activities approved for its specific model. Check the Smart Helmet Warranty and your model’s User Manual.

Keep the receipt or invoice showing the seller and contact that seller for your consumer return or refund rights. A marketplace purchase is not automatically excluded simply because it was made on a marketplace.
Contact support first; inspection may require the product or affected component. Wait for the correct return address and safe packing instructions. Original packaging is useful, but missing it does not automatically remove your statutory rights. Stop using or charging a swollen, leaking, overheating or damaged battery and tell us before arranging transport; do not send it through a normal parcel service without specific guidance.

Refer to the Returns Policy, Terms and product-specific Warranty Policy for the applicable costs and conditions. Contact customerservices@techtron.co to confirm the arrangements before booking transport, returning the product or instructing an electrician.
